I will check in with you weekly to assess your progress and to see how the exercises are working for you. Based on your feedback I will make the necessary adjustments moving forward to make sure you are on track to meet your goal. I am here for you!
This includes topics like suggested calorie intake per day, your macro count (percentage of carbs, fats, and protein within those calories), and how to track that calorie intake. Education can help you make your own decisions on what foods are best for you and your lifestyle!
Support via call/text/email
If you have any questions, I am available to communicate with you however is most convenient for you. Saturdays are a great day for me to check in with you!
Tips and tools to help you hit your goals
I can suggest certain gear, equipment, running shoes or anything else you may need or are interested in trying out. Tips on proper form and technique are very important for efficiency and to prevent any injuries! Of course, each person’s interests and goals will vary.
In Person Sessions Available

Fitness isn’t a punishment; it’s a blessing. Nutrition isn’t restrictive; it’s healing. Health isn’t a one-size-fits-all thing and may not look the same for everyone, but it is something worth fighting for.”
