I am a NASM certified personal trainer with a specialization in pre and post natal fitness. After completing my bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a emphasis in Exercise Science, my goal is to assist people in living a healthy lifestyle and being the best version of themselves.

I use an app called Trainerize to share weekly workouts which include customized videos specifically made to help you meet your fitness needs. Each video also comes with written instructions from me that will assist you along the way. The number of videos completely depends on how often you are able to work out!
I will check in with you weekly to assess your progress and to see how the exercises are working for you. Based on your feedback I will make the necessary adjustments moving forward to make sure you are on track to meet your goal. I am here for you!
This includes topics like suggested calorie intake per day, your macro count (percentage of carbs, fats, and protein within those calories), and how to track that calorie intake. Education can help you make your own decisions on what foods are best for you and your lifestyle!

Tips and tools to help you hit your goals
I can suggest certain gear, equipment, running shoes or anything else you may need or are interested in trying out. Tips on proper form and technique are very important for efficiency and to prevent any injuries! Of course, each person’s interests and goals will vary.
In Person Sessions Available
For those who are local to the San Diego area, I offer one hour in-person personal training sessions. The number of video workouts and in-person workouts can be mixed and matched depending on your needs and availability.
